Emanuel Gerard
Managing Director

Mr. Gerard is a Managing Director of GKM Ventures.

He also is Vice Chairman, Head of U.S. Equities for Harris Nesbitt and was Co-founder and Chairman/CEO of its predecessor firm, Gerard Klauer Mattison. Harris Nesbitt, Inc. is a member of BMO Financial Group and an affiliate in its Investment Banking Group.

Previously, Mr. Gerard was Co-Chief Operating Officer at Warner Communications, where he actively was involved in the purchase of Atari and the investment in Hasbro. Prior to that, Mr. Gerard was an entertainment research analyst on Wall Street.

Mr. Gerard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and his M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Currently, he is a director for helloNetwork, EWMC International, and Harmonix Music Systems.
