GKM Ventures closed an expansion round financing in Ellie Mae, Inc., a leading mortgage software solutions provider.
Ellie Mae provides Internet connectivity to the mortgage industry, connecting loan originators to customers, partners, lenders, underwriters, and service providers. The key to this capability is the ePASS® Network, the industry's online transaction platform, and Ellie Mae's offerings also include a family of supporting products: point-of-sale websites, loan origination software, lender loan-import software, and document software and services.
